New Tutorials for Beginner Sewers!

Usually when I speak with beginning sewers , I hear one of these statements most often:

  • “I have my mother’s sewing machine, but don’t know how to use it.”

  • “I tried using my sewing machine, but the thread tangles and I just get too frustrated.”

  • “I would love to learn how to sew, but don’t know where to begin!”

  • “I just don’t have the time or patience to learn.”

Have you ever uttered one of those statements? If so, you’re in the right place! I am excited to announce a new tutorial series for anyone who wants to improve their sewing skills, even if you’re just getting started.

The best way to learn is PRACTICE. My instructional guides gives tips on setting up your sewing machine (what kind of thread should I use?) and pages to help you practice your sewing skills. NO FABRIC is required to practice, so you don’t need to worry about ruining your favorite fabric.

This is Part One of my instructional booklets, and I think anyone can benefit from the practice and instruction it contains. You can purchase the booklets here. They are a digital download, so you can print as many as you need to practice until perfect!
