Get ready for four days of creativity, community, and coastal charm at this hands-on quilting retreat in beautiful Pensacola, Florida! Whether you're a seasoned quilter or just getting started, these one-of-a-kind classes will guide you through crafting stylish and functional quilted pieces—while soaking up the relaxed Gulf Coast vibes.
Each day, you’ll create something special:
May 22: Quilted Slippers
May 23: Quilted Ball Cap
May 24: Quilt Coat
May 25: Quilted Sneakers
🌴 Join us for all four days and save! 🌴
Take part in all four workshops and enjoy a discounted retreat pass, including daily lunch and time to connect with fellow quilters in a beautiful, inspiring setting.
You may choose to stay on site, in one of the three bedrooms, or you may wish to stay off-site at a nearby hotel or AirBNB. Choose your accommodations option at checkout.
Cost: $105 for an individual workshop, or $375 for all four workshops (staying off-site), or $540 for all four workshops (staying on-site)

1. **Acts of God**: Neither Jaymi Horne (Cranky Kangaroo) nor Crafty Glo Creative Retreat Center are responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by acts of God, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
2. **Location Changes**: The retreat location is subject to change. Participants will be notified as soon as possible if a change occurs. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
3. **Travel Arrangements**: Neither Jaymi Horne (Cranky Kangaroo) nor Crafty Glo Creative Retreat Center are responsible for any missed flights, scheduling changes, or other travel-related issues. Please ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed and allow ample time for unexpected delays.
4. **Expenses**: The cost of the retreat does not include dinner or transportation. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements and covering these expenses.
**Cancellation Policy:**
1. **Cancellation by Participant**:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to jaymi@crankykangaroo.com
2. **Cancellation by Organizer**:
- In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer (Jaymi Horne, Cranky Kangaroo, or Quilt Passions Quilt Shop), participants will receive a full refund of the retreat fee.
- The organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as non-refundable travel costs or accommodation reservations.
3. **Transfer of Registration**:
- Registrations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify the organizer in writing with the details of the person who will be attending in your place at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date.
4. **Changes to the Retreat**:
- The organizer reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the retreat schedule or location. In the event of a significant change, participants will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for minor changes in schedule or location.
